Ambrosia Salad

“Who doesn’t like Ambrosia Salad? I would add some walnuts to this recipe for a crunch.”

Ingredients:

  • 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Instructions:

Using a rubber spatula, gently fold together all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
