3 Day Cleanse and Detox
We were looking for a cleanse to do short term because we were eating a bit too much sugar and drinking a bit too much beer! So on our search we found lots of juice-only cleanses but the cleanse below actually allowed for real food that we could chew! This cleanse was so easy to do and satisfying! We both lost between 6 and 8 pounds and felt so much better after the three days! And the vegetable soup is to die for! Wake-up Drink Recipe – Drink daily and prepare fresh daily.
